AvanCourt CRM: terms of use.
End-user licence agreement. Last updated 1 November 2026.
What AvanCourt CRM is
AvanCourt CRM is software that AvanCourt Ltd (company no. 16714144) built and runs for its own business. It keeps track of our enquiries, jobs, workers and payments, and connects to AvanCourt Ltd's own QuickBooks Online company. These terms apply to everyone who signs in to it or connects it to QuickBooks.
Who can use it
Only AvanCourt Ltd and the people it authorises: its staff, the workers and subcontractors on its jobs (through the worker app, which shows them only their own bookings), subcontractor firms filling in our subcontractor pack (through a private link that shows them only their own pack), and its accountant. AvanCourt CRM is not sold, offered or licensed to anyone else. Access is by invitation only, and every user signs in.
Your licence
AvanCourt Ltd gives each authorised user a personal, non-transferable right to use AvanCourt CRM for AvanCourt Ltd's business only. We can withdraw that right at any time, for example when someone stops working with us. You must not share your sign-in, copy the software, or try to reach information you have not been given access to.
The QuickBooks connection
Only an administrator of AvanCourt Ltd's QuickBooks company can connect AvanCourt CRM to it. Once connected, AvanCourt CRM creates bills for subcontractor payments, with the jobs and the CIS deducted shown on them, together with the suppliers, jobs and accounts those bills need. It can be disconnected at any time from the list of connected apps in QuickBooks, or with Disconnect in AvanCourt CRM. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. AvanCourt CRM is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit.
No guarantee
AvanCourt CRM is provided as it is. Records it sends to QuickBooks should be checked as part of normal bookkeeping, and AvanCourt Ltd remains responsible for its own accounts and tax returns.
Privacy
How AvanCourt CRM handles personal details is explained in the AvanCourt CRM privacy policy.
Changes and law
